Owners David and Scott Brooks have kept their establishment family owned since 1973, and have been slinging Brooks' burgers ever since. A "hole-in-the-wall to say the least, this tiny hamburger shack serves up some great American classics and always seems to stay important in the Charlotte Food Scene. With no indoor dining and it still being "cash only," it's no surprise that they sell out of food quick, so make sure you arrive early to beat the line!
